Born in Kentucky, we raised our daughters and worked in Tampa Bay, Florida for about thirty years. We opened The Well on Leap Day, 2024. We love the kind, generous people and the culture of a vibrant community who cares about each other and believes in wellness.
We experienced hot/cold therapy in the late '90s when we were training for the Ironman triathlon. Having competed in countless triathlons, marathons, a lifetime of working out, skiing and playing golf, contrast therapy has been the tool to reduce inflammation and keep us going.
Building The Well in Greensboro was a dream come true. We wanted to create a gathering place to build community, make new friends, spend times with old friends and grow at every plunge, class or sauna. All this has been done because of you and the incredible, experienced and professional instructors at The Well. Missy, Jodi, Denine and Angie use their skills to help you with your wellness goals.
