In addition to yoga certification, Angie has taught a variety of classes .

Angie has taught Barre, Bootcamp, Jillian Michael’s Body Shred, Shaun T’s Insanity, Cardio and Core, Upper Body Strength, and Les Mills Body Flow.

About Coach

Angie studied Therapeutic Recreation at Clemson University. During Operation Iraqi Freedom/Operation Enduring Freedom, she worked with injured active duty soldiers returning from Iraq and Afghanistan creating purposeful, yet fun activities such as kayaking, biking, horseback riding and other community events to help them re-integrate back into the community.  Each patient’s therapies were individualized to fit their needs and interests.

Turning Point

Angie’s next phase in life brought her to seek personal training to help men and women find an exercise program that felt individualized in the same way. Everyone has different interests, needs, and bodies and there are so many exercises out there! Angie loves to encourage others to push themselves out of their comfort zone - through hard work and attention to form, while taking modifications and breaks as they feel their body needs. Angie truly believes “Our bodies are uniquely - and wonderfully made.

Motivation & Passion

Helping others thrive based on their needs and interests. She lives in Greensboro and is motivated by her husband and two children. Angie will be teaching hot yoga and will also be offering special yoga and stretch classes for high school students.
