What is Bikram Yoga?

Bikram yoga at the Well is a 75-minute class consisting of 26 postures and breathing exercises and practiced in a room heated to approximately 100 degrees with 40%+ humidity. Each pose is performed in a specific sequence to systematically work every part of your body—from the inside out.

At The Well, Jodi Merrick, our certified instructor will guide you with intention, compassion, and encouragement, creating a safe space for all levels.
