depend on several factors, but muscles generally make up the bulk of your body mass and
need focused attention. Participants will use weights of their choice to strengthen and

weight training with stretching and a small amount of cardio. It is a full body workout.

Well 26 – Bikram Style Temperature Between 98–101° +
A structured 65-minute practice based on the classic Bikram-style sequence of 26 poses
