About Coach

I am a mom to three handsome young men; Kyle, 24, Jacob, 22, and Ben, 20. My amazing husband of over 25 years, Chad, and I moved to the lake in 2015 full-time after deciding that a “slower pace” was necessary to preserve and enhance our family’s quality of life. We have found that while the pace may have slowed, time has really flown by.

Each class I have the opportunity to teach gives myself and others exactly the thing we want most…time.

Time with our family, time with our friends… A collection of memories yet to be made with the one thing we can’t get back. I look forward to the time we get to spend together. See you in class!

Turning Point

Thinking back, dance has always been a part of my life. Classically trained in ballet and jazz, my passion for movement has carried me from childhood well into my middle year (and hopefully beyond). After starting a family, I needed an outlet to express myself and rebuild strength. I found a Jazzercise class and while I was the youngest person in the room, I had the most fun I could remember in a long time.

Fast forward 20 years, and I still very much love to dance, finding ways to rhythmically move daily, whether it be in teaching a cardio dance class or just vibing in the kitchen.

I expanded on my expertise into full group fitness, teaching a variety of classes daily and certifying as a personal trainer. This allows me to further my scope of practice; helping others to achieve their own goals.

In 2020, I ventured further into nutrition, finding that overall health and wellness was more than just a profession, but a passion. In pursuit of multiple certifications and countless continuing education, I now work alongside other health professionals in guiding clients towards better lifestyle and eating habits.
