Turning Point

Yoga became an essential part of Molly’s life through its ability to cultivate both physical strength and mental clarity. Molly’s classes are rooted in purposeful movement, intelligent sequencing, and a strong foundation of breath and body awareness. She enjoys integrating elements of strength training, balance, mobility, and mindfulness to create well-rounded practices that support long-term wellness and functional movement.Whether guiding an energizing flow, a grounding Yin practice, or a balanced Vin to Yin experience, her goal is to help students move with greater confidence, cultivate sustainable strength, and develop a deeper understanding of their bodies.
