About Coach

I am a lifelong student of yoga, beginning with my first class as an elective at UGA. Yoga has remained a grounding thread in my life ever since, supporting me through many different seasons on and off the mat.

I have completed my 200-hour Vinyasa Teacher Training and 20-hour YIN Teacher Training through Fuel Hot Yoga in Athens, GA.

Turning Point

A recent yoga retreat was a true turning point for me. Practicing twice a day, I began to feel years lift from my joints and a renewed energy settle into my body. I quickly realized the powerful, healing potential of daily movement and breath—and I was hooked.

That experience planted a desire to help others experience the same freedom and ease in their bodies. Whether someone is recovering from injury, navigating aging, or simply managing stress, yoga can be a meaningful tool for restoration and resilience.

Motivation & Passion

Yoga has taught me to find stillness within movement. When I step onto my mat, I pause the noise of the world, listen to my body, and offer thanks to God, who gives me strength, clarity, and the ability to move.

My hope as a teacher is to guide others toward that same grounded peace—so they, too, can breathe deeply, move intentionally, and feel supported inside and out, both on and beyond the mat.
