How do I sign up for an Intro Package?

Click on the "Intro Package" above to get started. Our Intro Package is only $99 for 3 visits!

Do I get the chance to meet new friends?

The Well is a place for community. Bring friends or meet friends and experience the Nordic Tradition.

How often do you recommend contrast therapy?

Research has proven that optimal benefits are reached when you Sauna/Cold Plunge 3-4 times a week. Please read more in the Benefits section.

What should I bring?

Please bring your towel, water bottle, and a change of clothese.

Do you provide free refreshments there?

We have filtered water, coconut water, coffee, tea and clean protein bars.

What payment methods do you accept?

We take all major credit cards and debit cards. We do not accept personal checks.

What should I wear to my sauna/cold plunge session?

Please wear a bathing suit, bring a towel and a water bottle. And bring a dry change of clothes.
